1. Flow rate:
The suction pipeline is 0.5-1m/s The pressure pipeline is 6-8m/s
The return pipeline is 2-3 m/s The pilot pipeline is 1.2m /s.
2. Suction pipe and drainage pipe:
These two pipis shall be at least 2.5 times the diameter below the liquid level, but not less than 100mm. The spacing between oil absorption and oil return and drainage pipes shall not be less than 250mm.
3. Selection of pressure gauge:
When the pressure is relatively stable, the maximum pressure value shall not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement; When the pressure fluctuates, the value shall not exceed 1/2 of the upper limit, and the minimum pressure shall not be lower than 1/3.
4. Overflow valve A and B:
The specification and setting value of the overflow valve A and B are the same. When the two pumps in the circuit are connected in parallel for oil supply, the overflow valve sometimes gives out a loud noise and generates resonance.
5. Returning tubes of overflow valves:
It’s better to separately connect returning tubes of the two overflow valves’ to the oil tank. If the loop pipe together, when the two pumps work at the same time, sometimes there will be a high noise.
6. Pilot overflow valve:
The pressure gauge is generally connected to the overflow valve inlet rather than the remote control mouth.
7. Synchronous valve:
when using the synchronous valve, the actual flow should almost the same as the rated flow. If the actual flow is small, the error will increase.
8. Load drift:
The speed of load changes with the updates of the load.
9. System’s dynamic responsiveness:
The hydraulic system’s dynamic responsiveness mainly refers to whether the flow rate can quickly follow the changes when the load changes.

The use of oblique arc teeth, low noise, small flow pulsation.
